The Road Home New Jersey: A Guide for the First-Time Homebuyer
Created for the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, this in-depth 36-page guide is the first of its kind in the State of New Jersey. Printed on a thicker stock, the cover includes a folder pocket in the back for notes and fact sheets. This guide was distributed in hard copy to HUD-certified housing counseling agencies throughout the state as an educational tool for first-time homebuyers, as well as distributed online as a PDF. The book has been recently revised and reprinted to include industry updates.
The project involved copywriting, design, the creation of custom charts, as well as photo editing.
OTTN Publishing Sales Sheet Mailer
Created for OTTN Publishing to market new book series to libraries and book wholesalers.
The 2011 Governor's Conference on Housing and Economic Development
This project involved a complete package of branding, collateral, signage, print and web ad design, copywriting and editing. The project included the creation of a custom architectural plan background created in Illustrator, as well as photo editing and research.
In addition to the design work, from 2010-present, I also handle the event photography.
Rack Cards
These rack cards were made for the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency to carry general company information as well as specific promotional program takeaways at conferences.
The larger rack card was mailed to business partners when the new website went live to provide a quick cork-board reference for the resources they used most regularly.
These rack cards involved design, copywriting and editing.
NJHMFA Print Ads
These ads were created for the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency for trade publications and award booklets. The ads feature copywriting and custom photography to supplement the existing image library.
NJHMFA Article and Fact Sheets
These 8.5"x11" flyers were created for the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. The "Hahne's Building Conversion" sheet is an educational article that involved copywriting, editing in addition to design, and the "Program Overview" involved converting programmatic language to consumer-friendly terms, presenting the eligibility requirements in an easy-to-understand manner.
The 2010 Governor's Conference for Women
This project involved a package of collateral, signage, print and web ad design, direct mail, copywriting and editing. The project had already created its logo by the time I was brought on board. The project also included event photography.
